Atlas Research LLC ("we", "us", "our") wants you to be satisfied with our Service. This Refund Policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled for Atlas Research subscriptions.
New Individual accounts receive a 7-day free trial. Your subscription begins automatically at the end of the trial period and you will be charged at that time. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.

If you are unsatisfied with the Service, you may request a refund within the first 7 days of your initial paid subscription. Refund requests after the 7-day window are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and returned to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Refund and cancellation terms for Enterprise plans are governed by the individual agreement between Atlas Research LLC and the Enterprise customer. Contact your account representative or email us for details.
