Refund Policy

Atlas Research LLC ("we", "us", "our") wants you to be satisfied with our Service. This Refund Policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled for Atlas Research subscriptions.

The Individual plan is billed at $20/month. The Team plan is billed at $39 per seat per month on a single subscription managed by the team owner. Your subscription begins immediately upon checkout and you are charged at that time. It renews automatically each month until canceled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal. When you cancel:

• Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
• You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
• You retain access to paid features until the end of your current period

If you are unsatisfied with the Service, you may request a refund within the first 7 days of your initial paid subscription. Refund requests after the 7-day window are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds are not available for:

• Partial months of service
• Credits already consumed during the billing period
• Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service

To request a refund, email us at support@atlas-research.io with your account email and the reason for your request. We will respond within 3 business days.

Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and returned to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Self-serve Team plans follow the same refund and cancellation terms as Individual plans. Refund and cancellation terms for Enterprise and custom agreements are governed by the individual agreement between Atlas Research LLC and the customer. Contact your account representative or email us for details.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
