Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials through our identity provider.

Uploaded Content: Files you upload (PDFs, notebooks, documents, spreadsheets) are stored to provide the Service.

Usage Data: We collect information about how you use the Service, including features used, AI interactions, and credit consumption.

Payment Information: Billing details are collected and processed by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers.

We use your information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Process your transactions and manage your subscription
• Send you service-related communications
• Respond to support requests
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

• Supabase — Authentication and database hosting
• Stripe — Payment processing
• Amazon Web Services (AWS) — Cloud infrastructure, file storage (S3), and AI model hosting (Bedrock)
• Google Ads — Conversion tracking

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

We retain your account data and uploaded content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data and uploaded content within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., billing records).

You have the right to:

• Request deletion of your data and account
• Export your uploaded content at any time

We use essential cookies solely to maintain your authentication session. These are managed server-side by our identity provider (Supabase) and are required for the Service to function. We do not use any analytics or advertising cookies.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure cloud infrastructure, and access controls. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete that information promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
